Under Australian Consumer Law you are automatically guaranteed when you buy products and services.
1) If your furniture or other product arrives with major damage; the damage is considered unsafe;
2) or the furniture or other product is significantly different from the online pictures and/or its description; (please refer to Timber Variations)
3) or the furniture or other product is not what we claim it is; we will provide a full refund or exchange as you choose.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of our product, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Note: this excludes conditions where other agreements are in place, including but not limited to customer pickup arrangements.
